Senior Preferred uses MedImpact Direct to give you option of using mail order to receive your medications. A MedImpact Direct pharmacist reviews every prescription before it is sent to the pharmacy to be filled.

A MedImpact Direct pharmacist is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergency needs.

Medications are sent directly to your home. With MedImpact Direct Mail-order, you can:

  • Get three months of medications at one time. That means you only need to refill four times per year (not applicable to specialty medications). Plus, sometimes you can save money by ordering a three month supply.
  • Talk directly to a pharmacist.
  • Get your medications within 10 days of the date they receive your order.

If you don't receive your medicine within 10 days after they gets the prescription, call the MedImpact Direct Mail-order Pharmacy at (855) 873-8739.
