A customer service representative is available to assist Senior Preferred members Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. In addition, from October 1 through March 31 we are available Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You may also stop in at the Resource Center located in the main lobby of Gundersen Clinic at 1836 South Ave in La Crosse, WI, where no appointment is necessary.
