Quitting tobacco has immediate as well as long-term benefits for you and your loved ones. We know quitting tobacco use isn't easy, but it's possible. Whether you're ready to quit or just thinking about it, Senior Preferred can help.

These resources are available to help you live tobacco-free-

-Senior Preferred's Health Coaching program is a series of phone calls between you and a trained health coach. They occur three to six times over a few months. Your coach will help you create a plan to help you quit using tobacco.

-The tobacco quit line at (800) QUIT-NOW (800-784-8669), offers free education and support from a person trained to help.

-Smokefree.gov provides a step-by-step guide to quitting tobacco and the tools to help you quit. 

-Freedom from Smoking is an online self-help smoking cessation program by the American Lung Association. Visit lung.org/stop-smoking/join-freedom-from-smoking to get started.
